Privacy is at the core of why FileDuck exists. The FileDuck sharing service is designed to expose as little of your file information as possible to the outside world (including us). We never have access to your files at any point in the transfer process.

The majority of the data necessary to provide the FileDuck file sharing service is stored on the host machine's home drive and is completely under your control at all times. You can delete this information at any time and reset FileDuck back to its initial state. All your files will disappear from FileDuck.

On FireFox (and potentially other browsers) you will have to opt in to the file storage API. This is to allow FileDuck to store your very very large files.

We use cookies to track usage in a totally normal non creepy way. Google Analytics essentially.
